The State vs. Jolly LL.B 2, known also as Jolly LL.B 2, is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language black comedy film written and directed by Subhash Kapoor and produced by Fox Star Studios, serving as a quasi sequel to the 2013 film Jolly LLB, and as the second film of the Jolly LLB franchise.

Based in Lucknow, the story follows a lawyer who fights a case against a ruthless and powerful advocate to bring justice to the deceased victim of a fake encounter involving a corrupt police officer. Akshay Kumar plays the titular character, Jagdishwar Mishra, replacing the 2013 film's lead actor, Arshad Warsi, while Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor and Kumud Mishra, as well as Saurabh Shukla, who reprises his role from the 2013 original, star in the lead roles.

Jolly LL.B. 2 opened worldwide on 10 February 2017, and made on an investment of ₹450 million (US$6.0 million), earned ₹1.97 billion (US$26 million) worldwide to become a major critical and commercial success, with praise for the writing and execution by Subhash Kapoor, as well as the performances by Akshay Kumar, Shukla and Annu Kapoor, as well as Mishra.

A third instalment of the franchise has been planned, with Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla returning in the key roles.
