Hey hey! Welcome back to my Vlog Channel - Jackie Vlogs - for my WEEK IN MY LIFE🇰🇷South Korea Edition! My first time in Asia ever & it was EPIC MY FRIENDS. I was very lucky to travel to Seoul & Jeju Island with Korean skincare / K-Beauty brands Amorepacific, Primera, Sulwhasoo, Laneige & Innisfree!

I was completely new to the world of K-Beauty but have been wanting to learn more so this trip was amazing & since this trip I’ve switched over to Korean skincare & have been loving it. Now that I’ve tried the products & found what works for me you can expect a K-Beauty Transformation using Korean style makeup & my skincare favs coming up on my main channel :)

I loved the focus on natural ingredients with studies on flowers and the amount of time behind harvesting the green tea & ginseng for the Korean skincare was a beautiful experience to see up close! While a lot of viral Korean skincare videos have 10 steps - the products we tried had many benefits in one, so you don’t need a ton of products for effective skincare!

I’ve listed everything we did in this week in my life South Korea below & hope you enjoyed another travel diary! CANADIAN GALS!
We were with a big group of North American influencers & everyone was so nice & fun! I mostly vlogged around my Canadian friends because I wasn’t awkward narrating in front of them lmao so here are the girls you see the most in the video!

We stayed at 3 hotels, Signiel Seoul, Shilla Jeju Resort & Lotte Executive Tower. I think my fav hotel was the last one… because Massie Block vibes. I am forever 12.

We went to Amorepacific Beauty Campus at Osan learning out the Archives of the oldest Korean Beauty company. We saw a BEAUTY MUSEUM & it was everything & seeing the products evolve over time was too cool.

then… MY FIRST FACIAL. yes, I’ve never had one in my life. it was the best at the Sulwhasoo Flagship & spa. From Sulwhasoo, I love the First Care Activating Mist, I was showing the serum most in the vlog but I’ve gravitated to the mist since! We toured the Amorepacific Headquarters, learned a lot about Laneige & some new products such as the Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer (two in one formula that moisturizes in a light texture of a toner) My all time fav product from Laniege is the Lip Sleeping Mask. I wear it every night & it smells sweet and leaves your lips soooo moisurized. I know skincare people have different needs but this is UNIVERSAL. I don’t know anyone who hasn’t loved this!!!

After my HAWTDAWGGG we headed on another flight to Jeju Island & went to Dolsongi Tea Garden. This location was MAGICAL. A secluded garden at the foot of Mt. Halla. We learned about the beauty benefits of green tea and how the team ferments the leaves to boost its potency for products.

The Amorepacific Vintage Single Extract Essence was the product we learned most about on Jeju, it’s luxury for sure but I can see why after seeing the process!

Korean Tea Ceremony at Osulloc Tea Stone, lunch at Paul’s Kitchen & we glamped the night away. Tipsy me returns. literally every travel vlog guys, hopefully I don’t come off as insensitive trying to speak Korean, I was just tipsy but that was me genuinely trying. I love learning about other cultures especially though the lens of beauty & beauty products & I hope this vlog was fun for you too!!!!
