Ranvir and Rajveer are two brothers who shifted to Mumbai from Punjab. Ranvir the elder brother takes on his father's business and successfully runs it. Whereas Rajvir is famous as a womanizer in college. He meets Shalini in college. Shalini falls in love with him, both hang out together. Shalini believes that Rajvir too loves her and asks him to marry her. This angers Rajvir as he wants to enjoy life and insults Shalini in front of everyone. A heartbroken Shalini decides never to meet Rajvir again. Meanwhile Ranvir sees Shalini at a ceremony and falls in love with her. He wants to marry her not knowing that she loves his younger brother.
